1. Scope of Estimates

RAV Project Consultants & Estimators provides cost forecasts based on project drawings provided by clients. All estimates represent professional cost opinions and are prepared under standard guidelines (ASMM, SMM7, CESMM4).

2. Material & Market Variations

While calculations are compiled with high accuracy, final contractor prices and material rates are subject to local supply chain index updates, builder margins, and site variables. RAV Project Consultants does not guarantee that final tender prices will exactly equal estimated cost projections.

3. Payment Terms

Project cost plans and Bills of Quantities are compiled and delivered upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full invoice payment.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
